Found a calculation error?
Please tell me — this is the most important message I can receive. A wrong number on a finance site is worse than no site at all. If you include the calculator name and the exact figures you entered, I can reproduce it immediately and publish a fix.

Suggestions genuinely shape what gets built next. If there's a financial question you keep having to work out by hand, tell me what it is and what inputs it would need.
What I can't do
I can't give personal financial advice. I'm a software engineer & builder, not a licensed adviser, and answering "should I take this mortgage?" responsibly requires knowing your full situation and holding a licence in your country. For questions like that, a fee-only financial planner or a mortgage broker is the right person.
What I can do is explain how any calculation on this site works, fix errors, and build new tools.
